We’re starting deep in the Amazon, where you’ll finally breathe out and begin your transformation in the heart of the wild. 🌿🐆 From there, we’ll climb Machu Picchu, cross the Rainbow Mountain, and reach the sacred stillness of Lake Titicaca. 🛶☁️
The real goal? To drop the weight. 🎒💨
We’re going there to release the stress and the burdens we’ve been carrying and to remember how to connect - with nature, with ourselves, and with people who vibrate on the same frequency.

Such a hard and humbling task 😂🙏🏽
Thank you, life.
Sometimes we forget how strong we are. We get lost in inner narratives of “not being enough,” comparing ourselves to others, or believing stories that simply aren’t true. 🧘♀️✨
But on the mat, we learn that true strength isn’t just in our muscles, it’s in our heart and our mind. 🧠❤️ When we choose to stay for just one more breath, even when it’s tough, we are building power that carries us through everything outside the studio.

We spend our lives building a “self” based on what we own, what we do, and what we think. But the truth is much simpler and much more beautiful.
I am not my car.

I am not my clothes.
I am not even my thoughts or my emotions.
What remains when we strip it all away? Pure Consciousness. Unconditional Love. Awareness.
Yoga is the sacred process of shedding the layers that are no longer true. It is a “destruction” of illusions. We release the masks we’ve outgrown so that our true nature can finally breathe.
