Speed. Power. Resistance. ⚡️

Sprint resistance work is a great way to develop acceleration mechanics, force production, and explosive power.
All key qualities for athletic performance.

Here’s Micah putting in the work during one of his resisted sprint sessions at WPSPA. Small details, consistent work, big results. 📈🔥

Train with purpose.
Train like an athlete.

5 years of WPSPA ‼️
What started as a vision to build a high performance center has grown into something far greater.

From rehabilitation…
to athlete development…
to working with elite and national teams ,
the journey has always been about one thing:
showing up, consistently.

The AM Grind is a reflection of that.

A way to take the same mindset, discipline and energy
and bring it into a community setting.
A new morning routine to bring the community together .

Powered by WPSPA.
5 years strong.
And we’re just getting started.
