One of the biggest mistakes adults make is assuming a child’s current ability predicts their future.

The athlete who struggles today may simply need more time, more confidence, more strength, or more repetitions.

We’ve watched athletes who couldn’t do the basics become some of our strongest competitors years later—not because they were the most talented, but because they kept showing up.

As coaches, our job isn’t to find the kids who are already great.

Our job is to help every athlete become the best version of themselves.

That’s why we don’t rush progress. We don’t compare one athlete to another. We focus on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the sport that lasts.

You never know which athlete is just getting started.

We had the privilege of competing for the very first time this weekend, and what an incredible experience it was!
