Boot Camp details:

Orientation will be Sunday, Dec. 16 and the classes for the four-week program will begin Dec. 17 and run through Jan. 12. Classes will meet three times a week: Mon, Weds, Fri at 7 a.m. or 6 p.m. (you can attend either time slot and bounce between them as much as you’d like) The boot camp is built to be progressive training, so no prior experience is needed and you will NEVER be asked to do anything unsafe.
