THIS is your new go-to Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie recipe!ππ₯
Recipe:
π3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
π1 large frozen banana
π2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
π1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
π1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
πIce optional
Optional mix-ins: 1/2 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
