August was the hardest month ever.
I lost Girly the parrot on the 8 of August due to some unknown illness. 8 days later Romeo was killed by dogs in the neighborhood.
I have struggled to wrap my mind around it all. Both these beautiful creatures left too soon.

This practice is focused on moving the body in ways that hopefully address asymmetry. It has stretch and strength movements that are slow and intentional. If you are looking for something different this may be just the one! It will fall under ‘other’ in the library.
