A special throwback of Sensei Nico – pictured here on the right with his competitors at what was then known as a NAKU competition.
At only approximately 18 years old, he was already showing the dedication and fighting spirit that would shape his lifelong journey in Karate.
Sensei Nico started Karate at the age of 14, and decades later, he is still continuing that journey as a dedicated Sensei, inspiring and guiding the next generation.
A true example that Karate is not just a sport, but a lifelong path of discipline, growth, and passion. 👊🥋

Today’s Gasshuku started with our youngest students and continued through to midday, ending with our most advanced students after intense training sessions filled with technical and physical studies of IOGKF Karate.
Sensei Nico expressed his satisfaction with the quality of the Gasshuku and said it was a very successful training session that made everyone’s attendance truly worthwhile.
A day of discipline, learning, growth, and strong spirit—well done to all Karatekas who participated!
