This morning our runners took part in the Walvis Bay Salt Pan run organised by TeamFlippy Organisation.
The air was crisp, but the cold air made the coffee and hot chocolate afterwards taste even better!
What a well organised and fun event! Getting to run in the Salt Pan area was a first and the scenery did not disappoint.
Well done to everyone who joined in and embraced the winter spirit. Here’s to many more memorable runs together! 💛💙

Eamon lines up for a Back-to-Back Comrades Marathon!

Polite, humble, and always up for a good laugh.

This guy is family man at heart, but somehow balances running, life, and still showing up with a smile and never backs down from a bizarre long run idea!

Quiet strength, good energy, we can’t wait to see him take on another journey to Durban!

Jefta is going for his Back 2 Back Comrades!

Quiet? Yes

Dangerously fast when he gets going? Absolutely.

This Guy is one of those runners who lets the legs do the talking.

He is Calm, he is focused, and always humble and consistent - willing to help, encourage, and support those around him.

Go and get that back2back!!

Michelle Von Stein…

Lipstick, lashes and pink outfits.

But don't let this fool you, this lady knows 3am alarms, hard work and long hours of training and high mileage!

She is going for number 6!

Ultra marathon training isn’t glamorous, but she is always there putting in the kilometres, never skips a run and doing what needs to be done.

With Lipstick on!

This year he is taking on his 3rd Comrades Marathon.

Naude likes a difficult challenge, he works hard.

He is usually happiest running in smaller groups — but when it comes to beach runs, he’s always surrounded by his “seal besties.”

All the best Naude! Hou bene Hou!
