Himself as a child not always having the means to compete or pursue opportunities presented at the time, has p
rovided Jan with extreme drive for- and deep understanding of the development of likeminded individuals from all backgrounds. Tapping in to 30 years of experience, he aims to create not only a goal orientated learning environment, but with a multi disciplinary approach, help clear the road and guide the individual to self discovery, achieving goals, inner growth and a better understanding/feel for life ahead. Since 2015 Jan acted as club coach for Outjo Reit Club, served as Chair for the Namibian Coaches Association, Coaches Representative for the Namibian Equestrian Federation, produced various competitive riders to their individual best, two 1.30 (A Grade) riders of which one is a individual silver medallist, earned at the 2018 African Youth Games in Algiers. The second rider will represent Namibia in Germany in the coming months. Riders who have matriculated has gone on to ride in Germany in the capacity as working riders as well as Switzerland.
