On behalf of the Namibia Kyokushin Karate Organisation an affiliate of the New International Budo Martial-Arts Alliance, I would like to extend our sincere appreciation to everyone for contributing to the success of our Final Grading & Awards Ceremony for 2025.

To our Parents and Guardians: thank you for your ongoing support, your encouragement, and the trust you place in us to guide your Children. Your presence and involvement continue to uplift the spirit of our dojo.

To our Board members: your leadership and consistent guidance make it possible for us to maintain the high standard we strive for.

To our Karatekas: we are proud of your Hard work, your Perseverance, and the Discipline you continue to show. Today’s achievements reflect your commitment towards our growth, both in Karate and in Character.

A Special thank you to everyone who helped with preparations, logistics, and coordination. Your contributions ensured a smooth and successful ceremony.

Please note: The dojo remains open, and regular training continues as scheduled. We encourage all members to keep attending, keep training, and keep improving as we move forward.

Congratulations to Senpai Jemimah Mangaba, who secured 3rd place in the Senior Ladies U55kg division, and Senpai Alex Ilukena, who achieved 4th place in the Senior Men U70kg division at the 13th AFCKO African Full Contact Championship in Johannesburg!

INSPIRATION:
There is a little coffee shop, where two people arrive and approached the counter.
“Five coffees ☕️please. Two for us and three hanging.”
They paid, they took their two coffees and left.
I asked the waiter. "What’s this about hanging coffees?"
“Wait and you'll see."
Some more people came in.
Two girls asked for a coffee each, they paid & left.
The following order was for seven coffees and it was made by three women - ‘three for them and four hanging coffees.’
I was left wondering...what is the meaning of the hanging coffees, they leave.
Then, a man dressed in worn clothes, who looks like he might be homeless, arrives at the counter and asks sincerely...
“Do you have a coffee hanging?"
“Yes we do, sir.”
They serve him a coffee.... I got my answer.
People pay in advance for a coffee that will be served to whoever can't afford a hot drink.
This tradition started in Naples.
Amazingly, it has spread throughout the world’s cities and towns.
It’s also possible to order not only "hanging coffees" but also a sandwich or a full low cost meal.
Wouldn’t it be great if we could all start doing this in the cities and towns where we live?
Small kindnesses like this can impact so many lives, in ways we could never imagine.
Maybe we should all try it.😊❤️🌹
