Highlights from the Tunisa International Anti-Doping Seminar 2026 with fellow African and Anti-Doping Stakeholders.

The seminar with the theme “Together Towards 2027: A Brighter Anti-Doping Landscape” provided a platform for participants to engage, discuss and share information and build networks.

Ms Victoria Katukula our Anti-Doping Manager was invited as a speaker to share Namibia’s journey towards the establishment of an independent NADO where we started, where we are today, and the key steps that remain.

Namibia path towards independence in anti-doping is a beginning what remains is the courage to act with urgency the discipline to build properly, and the unity to make this institution real.

🥋 AWMAC 2026 Women’s Workshop | Clean Sport & Anti-Doping

The past two days were truly fruitful as we participated in the AWMAC 2026 Women’s Workshop, an initiative of the International Centre of Martial Arts (ICM) for Youth Development and engagement under the auspices of UNESCO agreement between the Republic of Korea and UNESCO focusing on youth and women.

We were honoured to have our Member Country Representative Ms Victoria Katukula invited as a guest speaker to engage participants on “Clean Sport and Anti-Doping in Martial Arts.”

The session provided an important platform to raise awareness, strengthen understanding, and empower women in martial arts with knowledge about their rights and responsibilities in protecting the integrity of sport.

A meaningful two days of learning, engagement, networking and sharing experiences. Together, we continue to promote Clean Sport, Fair Play and Integrity in Martial Arts. 🥋💪
