After years of experience, we know better than to place bets on who will cross the finish line first on race day. With that in mind we asked our 53km runners to seed themselves according to their own predicted race times.
Those who are confident that they will run under 7 hours will start at 9am on Saturday morning, and thread their way through the field to the finish line at Bites Beach Café, Koppie Alleen.
We have a handful of previous podium finishers out on the course this weekend, including last year’s champs, Landie Greyling and Mvuyisi Gcogco - but there are a few serious contenders who could challenge them for this year’s title 👑.
