The Namibia Indoor Hockey League (NIHL) concludes its season this weekend! From the highly anticipated Premier League Finals to the intense Second Tier Playoffs and Finals, all roads lead to the Wanderers (WAP) Hall in Pioneers Park this 15–16 May 2026.

Namibia Hockey, led by its president, Mrs. Carin Slabbert, met with Deputy Minister Hon. Dino Ballotti at today to strengthen our partnership and discuss the growth of the sport nationwide. The engagement focused on upgrading regional facilities, identifying grassroots talent, and officially recognizing hockey as a national sports code.

Hon. Ballotti commended the team for their dedication to youth empowerment and national pride, reaffirming the Ministry’s commitment to creating an environment where our athletes can thrive. We look forward to reaching new heights together!
