1. What conscious touch is
2. The stages of bodywork
3. The benefits of adjustments
4. How to protect and care for your own energy
5. The qualities of touch
6. Active pose adjustments (13β15 poses)

Yin Yoga is a more modern kind of yoga and represents qualities such as being slow, still, cool, soft, and inward. Itβs the opposite of βYangβ which is active, strong, and dynamic.
Yin Yoga reflects those qualities by long-held, passive poses, done on a βcoolβ body (I.e. there is no βwarm-upβ).
The practise is done by holding passive poses for longer periods of time, usually 3-5 minutes.
The poses are soft and gentle and truly relaxing to be in. Youβll stroll out of that Shala super rested, relaxed, and maybe even a little bit sleepy π΄

This class is for EVERYONE. Yogis, athletes, students, grannies, fit, not-fit.
Not strict yoga, just some gentle moving of the body, designed to release tension, improve your flexibility, and restore ease of movement.
Tight muscles, stiff joints, and areas of restriction - this is where weβre going.
Suitable for all levels, and all bodies.
