Cape Epic Stage 6 - Death and taxes - Shorter distance, but steep climbs and lots of single track made for a very tough and beautiful 6h in the saddle.

Cape Epic Stage 5 - Queen killers. A solid pace ride moves us a couple of spots further up in the ranking. Despite some minor medical issues it was still a performance to be proud of.

Stage 4 - Lead legs - Still feeling the previous day. Will try and recover more thoroughly for the killer queen tomorrow.

Cape Epic Stage 3 - A brutal stage full of mechanicals. Tyre deflation in the shute. HR monitor not working. Broke a chain on the Groenlandberg. A minor crash. Recovered well towards the end and still moved up a couple of places in GC. A good day in the end.
