Many people could no longer make the workshop this weekend due to the holiday and State funeral this weekend, so I have opted to move the workshop to Saturday 9 March - choosing ease and flow.

Kids Yoga Teacher Training this April!
An in-depth mix of theory and hands-on practice. Explore yoga poses, breath work and games for children aged 2-12 years, examine the business of children's yoga. Included in the course is a detailed, illustrated manual with lesson plans, book lists and many ideas that will enable you to start teaching well-rounded yoga classes to children immediately. During Module 1 you will experience teaching your first class.

Little children are so brave and strong and smart. Some of the affirmations we used in our class this week which was all about the power of words and speaking kindly to yourself and others. Then.. a well deserved rest.

This is what 'my' little yogi's do when they go to the dam for the weekend. Makes my heart very full! 😍💚🕉☮️

We did some impromptu laughter yoga on Friday! One little yogi got the giggles as we were trying to start our practice so, as we do in kids yoga, I went with the flow! I talked of the benefits of laughing and explained how laughter yoga works and then started laughing, a 'fake' laugh to start with of course and soon we were all rolling around with laughter, even the quietest in the group! What a way to end the school week!
