The Justice for Animals Charity Throwdown and Campaign strives to aid in improving animal health and welfare, and to limit animal cruelty and other activities that can cause harm to animals. More than that we aim to unite the different sport disciplines and communities throughout Namibia to make this difference and at the same time grow the sport of Fitness. Our vision is to have a strong and sustainable future where we move as one and create better living conditions for all animals and to help make humans great again.

The Charity fundraiser is a two day functional fitness event, where teams of 2 of the same s*x can enter in different divisions and categories.

Friday 5 June - Hybrid (Hyrox Open)
Saturday 6 June - CrossFit (Rx and Scale)

The Justice for Animals Charity Throwdown was established in 2022 with the vision and mission to increase awareness about animal welfare and cruelty, to aid in the development process to table the Animal Protection Act in Namibia, to ensure a stable environment and standard for animals in Namibia and to unite the different fitness disciplines and communities across Namibia 🇳🇦 to compete in a series of fitness tests to grow the sport, the community and to improve our own standing of living through increased fitness.

This year we have decided to extend our outreach to the entire Namibia, SPCA we coming for you 👏🏻🏆

We are blessed to be able to host the 5th Justice for Animals Charity Throwdown this year on 5-6 June. Friday the 5th, only one event for all the Hyrox athletes kicking off at 6pm and Saturday we will have a series of 5 events for the CrossFit athletes starting at 8am.

Fat Cat will be the 4th event, where both team members need to complete 500m run for time followed by 5 back squats each in the you go, go per rep format. Its going to be a quick heavy burner!
