CRIS - Change We are a NGO providing aftercare to ex-offenders, like training, coaching, counselling and job placement; the same applies to community members; WE CARE !!

Committed to equality of opportunity and the elimination of discrimination, CHANGE strives to assist ex-offenders with their efforts to re-integrate into society and to assist them to become contributing and law-abiding citizens of our society wherever possible and in whichever way. As our programs are available to community members as well we believe that a ratio of 50:50 will help with the rehabilitation and re-integration process. We adhere to a strict code of conduct which is leading us for the past 15 years and of course service delivery which enables us to provide a standard of excellence which we can be proud of. Our success rate speaks for itself - over the last few years close to 80%. Thus without the necessary commitment and dedication of everyone involved, this wouldn't be possible.Therefore our motto reads as follow: we need to cultivate a 'culture of care' really taking care of each other !!
