The Strength & Conditioning Level 1 Course took place in Walvis Bay on the 13th & 14th of May, bringing together coaches and rugby stakeholders committed to growing the game through education and player development.

Over two days, participants gained valuable knowledge and practical skills to better support athlete performance, long-term development, and safer training environments. A big step forward in strengthening rugby from the ground up. ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฆ

Building stronger foundations for the future of Namibian sport ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‰

The 2nd S&C for Children Course, held on the 8th and 9th of May, was another important step in developing coaches, teachers, and trainers with the knowledge to safely and effectively train young athletes.

This course plays a significant role in ensuring that children are introduced to strength & conditioning in a fun, safe, and age-appropriate way โ€” helping improve movement skills, confidence, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development.

By investing in education and youth development, we continue to create better environments for the next generation of athletes to grow, perform, and enjoy sport.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making the course a success ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฆ
