Free yoga classes at the Indian Embassy in Windhoek
High Commission of India is pleased to announce that the ongoing Yoga classes on every Saturday are extended to Sunday also. You can now join our Yoga sessions on every Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the High Commission of India, 97 Nelson Mandela Avenue.

In the run-up of International Day of Yoga, High Commission of India in Windhoek is organising a series of workshops on Yoga.
The upcoming workshop in this series is on Posture Correction.
A bad posture can be a leading cause for many health issues. One of them majorly being a decreased lung capacity resulting in a poor breathing pattern.
Come join us to understand more about what our ancient science of Yoga has in store for us on Posture Correction and experience it by practicing a few asanas that help us improve our overall posture.
This workshop us beneficial for students, corporate employees, housewives and of course Yoga teachers and practitioners.
