Today we bid farewell to a NUST Hockey Legend who was once part of our hockey family, Balloon’s presence and contribution to the club will always be remembered and appreciated.

Weekend match round-up:

A strong performance from our Premier Reserve Ladies as they secured a dominant 5-1 victory against SOE! 🔥🏑

Special congratulations to Brenda Liman who delivered an outstanding performance with FOUR goals for the team. Uaatjo Matuzee’s incredible work rate and impact on the game earned her the Player of the Match award. 👏⭐

Our Development Men also showed great fighting spirit against Saints, battling hard to secure a draw. Herman the Hattrick Hero (HHH) Kamati led from the front with a brilliant hat-trick performance, earning himself the Player of the Match award. ⚡🏑

Well done to both teams for the determination, energy, and teamwork displayed on the pitch! 💙

Unfortunate result on the scoreboard, but there’s still plenty to take forward.

Our Premier Reserve Ladies went down 8–2 against Saints, a tough match that tested resilience from start to finish.

Despite the scoreline, the team showed moments of determination and fight, continuing to push and create opportunities until the final whistle.

Losses like these are part of the journey—they highlight where we can grow and come back stronger.

A game full of grit and determination from our Development Men 💪

Twice coming from behind, the boys showed real character against Saints, refusing to back down and fighting their way back into the contest. Unfortunately, a last-minute penalty corner awarded to Saints meant the game ended in a hard-fought draw.

Special mention to Herman Kamati, who brought relentless energy and high tempo throughout the match, driving the team forward and earning himself a well-deserved Player of the Match award 👏

Plenty of positives to take from this performance as the team continues to grow stronger together.
