Real transformation doesn't happen because we pushed harder, screamed louder, or forced a timeline. It happens when we finally give our system permission to slow down and move with intention. 🏛️🕊️
For the high-capacity woman, slowing down can feel unsafe. We are so conditioned to believe that if we aren't rushing, we are failing. But true healing cannot be forced.
The deep, structural restoration your heart and body actually need requires sustainable pacing, trust, and room to breathe.

They reminded me that I am enough. Even when exhausted, miles from family in crisis, or simply weary—I am enough.

63 days. It’s the time it takes to truly rewire a habit, but more importantly, it’s the time it takes to intentionally reconnect with your Creator and yourself. 🌿
I often get asked: "What does the journey actually look like?"
We don't just "try to be better." We follow a strategic, grace-filled path toward wholeness:
📍 Phase 1: Awareness (Days 1–21). We quiet the noise to identify where the fragmentation began. We look at the spirit, soul, and body to see what needs healing.
📍 Phase 2: Alignment (Days 22–42). We build new, sustainable rhythms. This is where striving stops and true alignment begins.
📍 Phase 3: Activation (Days 43–63). We step back into the world with a renewed identity, a "fixed crown," and the strength to live whole.

2025 was an incredibly hard year for me (for many of us, I think). And although I have a lot of hope for 2026, it has already started with significant changes and the challenges that come with them.
But God is writing a story. As one of my favorite authors, John Eldredge, says: it’s "a love story written in a war setting."
This morning, during my quiet time, I was reminded of something I saw in the mall yesterday—a young boy (about 12 or 13) who seemed to be crying out for help simply by the way he dressed. My heart broke for him. In that moment, I felt a deep desire to go up to him, hug him, and let him know that he is loved COMPLETELY.
As I sat with Jesus this morning, He reminded me of that very same thing: that I am loved COMPLETELY, no matter what. Knowing that—in the deepest parts of who I am—changes EVERYTHING.
It changes how I think, which changes how I feel, and ultimately, how I speak and act. It transforms me from a desperate child crying out for help into a daughter of God with the capacity to love others back to wholeness.
So, here is your invitation for today: If you are feeling unsure, if you feel like you have to pretend all is well while you’re falling apart, or if all you want to do is hide...
Then make time. Sit down and take a deep breath. Take enough breaths until your heart is settled. Now, TURN to Jesus in you—for in Him we live, and move, and have our being (Acts 17:28). He is there. When you feel His presence, put your hand on your heart and say this: "I am loved completely, and God delights in me." Say it until you feel it in your very cells.
My question to you today is this: What would the world look like if we all started living from this truth? How many kids could we meet right where they are, without judgment or fear, because we know we are loved?
ow much more whole could the world be?
It won’t take an enormous miracle to change the world; it will take one person (you) believing you are loved, and loving those around you just as wholly and completely as you are loved.

"God is not only interested in our spirits—He cares deeply about our souls and our bodies, too." 🌿
One of our recent participants, Zari, shared this beautiful reflection on her 63-day journey toward wholeness. She discovered that true transformation doesn't demand perfection; it simply asks for honesty.
Zari writes: "This journey fixed my crown without calling me a failure. It was God accepting me, loving me unconditionally, and gently revealing unhealed wounds from years ago. And it has been beautiful to see Him healing, restoring, and putting me back together."
