Mark your calendars - we're stoked to announce that the 16th edition of Ultra-Trail Australia by UTMB taking place from 16-19 May 2024 will open for entries at 11AM AEST on 14 September!

We can't wait to return to the Blue Mountains, experience the magic of the stunning country, warm community and amazing trails. If you're planning on joining us in 2024, then making sure you get an entry is a great place to start. As with previous years, UTA can sell out very quickly, so knowing how to enter and when to enter is key to avoiding disappointment!

🏁 UTMB Index Priority Registration 🏁

In 2024 UTMB Index holders have 48-hour priority access to a limited allocation of entries, starting at 11AM AEST on 12 September 2023. Any runner who has competed in one of the 4000+ UTMB World Series Index races in the last 2 years (including Ultra-Trail Australia by UTMB 2023) will be eligible, but you will need to have created your My UTMB account and have linked a valid UTMB Index to that account to access priority registration. Remaining entries will open to the general public at 11AM AEST on 14 September 2023. After a great event in 2023, we expect demand to be hotter than ever!

After the buzz of this years event and the amazing feedback, we can't wait to head back to Katoomba in May, showcase the amazing scenery, experience the magic of running on country, and reconnect with our trail running family.

So pick your distance, grab your friends, set your alarm clocks and get ready to experience the magic of UTA in 2024!
