*🌏JESUS IS GOD’S MESSAGE*
═══════════════
_PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME_

_Friday May 9th 2025_
═══════════════
*_📖In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God (John 1:1)_*
═══════════════
“Word” in the scripture above is “Logos” (Greek). It’s the more general term used for word because it encompasses speech, idea, thought, and message. The key thing about “Logos” is the substance of the message. It’s like when you say, “I sent you a message”; that means you sent a word.

When you read John chapter one from the first verse all the way to verse fourteen, it lets you know that Jesus Christ is God's “Logos”; God's Message. All of God's thoughts, all of God's ideas, and all of God's opinions are wrapped up or encapsulated in Jesus. He’s the expression of God's mind. He’s the unveiling of the heart of the Father. If you want to know what God thinks, Jesus is the expression. Hallelujah!

John 1:9-11 tells us something remarkable. It says, *_“That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not.”_* God’s Word—His message came into the world; He came unto His own, and His own received Him not. He came through the words of prophets such as Noah, Moses, Samuel, Jeremiah, Isaiah, Ezekiel, etc., but the world didn’t receive the Word. Then the Bible says, *_“The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth”_* (John 1:14 NIV). See what God did! The message became a man; the man, Christ Jesus.

Before the incarnation, there were some who received God's message and believed that one day they would rise from the dead and have eternal life. Abraham believed. David believed. The prophets talked about it; they knew the day would come, and they believed it. The angel gave the message to Daniel as well. He told him about those who will rise to eternal blessings and those who will be eternally condemned (Daniel 12:2).

The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. This is extraordinary. The voice that Moses heard from the burning bush, the message that he wrote from God to the children of Israel, the writings of the prophets—all of these took on flesh and appeared to men. His name is Jesus—the living Word. Glory to His Name forever.

*🗣CONFESSION*
═══════════════
*Lord Jesus, you’re great and greatly to be praised; you’re the Word in flesh, the fullness of the Godhead, and the expression of God's thoughts, ideas and opinions. You’re life eternal, manifested to man. You’re the unveiling of the Father’s heart, His righteousness, love, grace, goodness and mercy. You’re the eternal Word of God, and I love you now and always. Amen.*

[That] was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. *10* He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. *11* He came unto his own, and his own received him not. *12* But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name: *13* Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. *14* And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; *2* (For the life was manifested, and we have seen [it], and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) *3* That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship [is] with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

*🌏FILLED WITH THE TOTALITY OF THE DIVINE ESSENCES*

═══════════════
*_📖And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:19)_*
═══════════════
To be filled with the fullness of God means to be filled with the totality of the divine essence, His very being. Colossians 1:27 says, *_“...Christ in you, the hope of glory”;_* this is what it means. It leaves no room for ambiguity; we’re replete with God. We’re associates of the God-kind, not when we get to heaven but here and now in the earth, in this life.

Imagine being so full of God—His power, wisdom, and glory—that fear has no place in you. This is why we, as Christians, are bold. We cannot accommodate fear because we are loaded with the fullness of God. The Greek word for filled is “Ple‌roo‌”, and it means the full or maximum load. That means we’re completely saturated with the maximum load of God.

Jesus exemplified this. He declared, *_“...as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself”_* (John 5:26). Jesus was the divine essence, filled with God. God’s plan is for the Church to reach this same level of understanding and expression. We, as the Body of Christ, must attain this consciousness, walking in the fullness of God. The Lord will rapture the Church in this mature state. We’ll depart this world in a consciousness of divine connection.

This is not about an escape from the world due to fear or despair but about a victorious departure, having exercised the powers of heaven on earth. The Lord is coming for a glorious Church without spot or wrinkle, one that has fully embraced and is demonstrating His divine life.

So, rise to this understanding and live with this consciousness. God is waiting for us to demonstrate what He has accomplished in us through Christ Jesus. Hallelujah!

*🌏THE RECOGNITION OF HIS LORDSHIP*
═══════════════
_PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME_

═══════════════
*_📖For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (Romans 10:13)_*
═══════════════
In our previous study, we reviewed the fact that our authority as Christians comes from heaven. We rule from heaven. However, the foundation of exercising this authority is rooted in our faith and relationship with Jesus Christ. The Name of Jesus is central to our salvation and divine authority.

From the very moment you accepted Christ, the confession of His Lordship marked the beginning of your journey in Him. God’s people need to be taught and trained in the understanding of the Lordship of Jesus; He’s the Master of our lives. This means He has authority over your words, your thoughts, your choices and decisions, and every aspect of your existence.

The most beautiful thing about this is that His Lordship over your life is one of love. We’re the objects of His great love. We yield to the lordship of His love. The Bible says we love Him because He first loved us (1 John 4:19). It’s the reason we worship Him the way we do. It’s the reason we kneel to Him in adoration, not out of habit but out of reverence, submission and recognition of His lordship.

If you fail to recognize and address Him as Lord, then kneeling to Him becomes a mere ritual. You kneel because He is your Master, and you bow in reverence to His authority. You might say, “But though He’s my Lord, He’s also my friend.” That is true. Nevertheless, you must recognise, learn and submit to His Lordship and honour accordingly.

A true friend of the King honours the King with the highest regard. As a friend of Jesus, your reverence for Him should serve as a model for others to follow. You should honour Him even more. He’s the great King of glory, Lord over all, ruler of heaven and earth. He knows who He is; He’s so great, yet affectionately disposed towards us.

He said to His disciples, *_“If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet”_* (John 13:14). He taught us to be humble by the example of His own humility. He didn’t need titles to affirm His identity; His lordship is inherent. Honour Him with your life. Honour Him in your worship and your actions.
═══════════════
*🗣️PRAYER*
═══════════════
*Dear Lord Jesus, I acknowledge your lordship over my life. You are my Master, my King and the Lord over all. You alone are God and have immortality dwelling in unapproachable light. You’re the ruler of heaven and earth; I worship and adore you, and to you be all honour, glory, and everlasting power. Amen.*

*John 13:13-16*
Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for [so] I am. *14* If I then, [your] Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet. *15* For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you. *16* Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.

*🌏WE RULE FROM HEAVEN*
═══════════════
_PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME_

═══════════════
*_📖Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment (Isaiah 32:1)_*
═══════════════
As Christians, though we’re in the world, we’re not of this world. Our kingdom is heavenly, and we reign and rule from there. No wonder He tells us to set our affection on things above, on heavenly realities (Colossians 3:2). Think from heaven. Live from heaven. Rule from heaven. Your authority is derived from God’s Kingdom, which is superior to all earthly powers.

This can be likened to the operation of a country’s military base stationed in a foreign land. Even though that military base is physically located outside its home country, it functions as an extension of its government, wielding the full authority and power of its homeland. Every action, directive, and purpose of the base reflects the instructions and vision of its home government.

Likewise, we’re ambassadors of Christ, functioning with the power and jurisdiction of our heavenly kingdom. Our presence in this world is a declaration of heaven’s rule, as we manifest God’s righteousness and judgment everywhere we are. 2 Corinthians 5:20 says, *_"Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God."_*

Walk in the consciousness of your heavenly identity, functioning as an extension of God’s Kingdom on earth. Establish His righteousness and judgment in your sphere of influence. Philippians 3:20 (AMPC) says, *_“But we are citizens of the state (commonwealth, homeland) which is in heaven....”_* As citizens of heaven, we extend God’s influence and dominion to the nations.

The beauty of this divine arrangement is that our identity and operations remain rooted in God’s Kingdom. Whatever we bind on earth is bound in heaven, and whatever we loose on earth is loosed in heaven (Matthew 18:18). Blessed be God.
═══════════════
*🗣PRAYER*
═══════════════
*Dear Father, I thank you for making me a king and a priest unto you, reigning with divine authority. I walk in the consciousness of my heavenly identity, functioning as an extension of your kingdom on earth. Through me, your righteousness and judgment are established in every sphere of influence, and my life is a manifestation of your power and dominion, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.*

*Ephesians 2:4-6*
But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, *5* Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) *6* And hath raised [us] up together, and made [us] sit together in heavenly [places] in Christ Jesus:

*Revelation 1:6*
And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him [be] glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
═══════════════
*2 Corinthians 5:20 AMPC*
So we are Christ's ambassadors, God making His appeal as it were through us. We [as Christ's personal representatives] beg you for His sake to lay hold of the divine favor [now offered you] and be reconciled to God.

*_📖Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth (Mark 9:23)_*
═══════════════
The Bible tells us of two blind men who came to Jesus, crying out, *_“...Thou son of David, have mercy on us”_* (Matthew 9:27). Jesus didn’t respond to them immediately but waited until they followed Him to the house. Then the Lord asked them, *_“...Believe ye that I am able to do this?....”_* They responded, *_“...Yea, Lord”_* (Matthew 9:28). Then, the Bible records, He touched *_“...their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you. And their eyes were opened...”_* (Matthew 9:29-30).

Notice His question to the two blind men: “Believe ye that I am able to do this?” Their healing depended on their belief. Similarly, in Mark 9:22, a man brought his son to Jesus for healing and pleaded, *_“...If thou canst do any thing, have compassion on us, and help us.”_* The Master responded, *_“...If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth”_* (Mark 9:23). The man thought the responsibility was entirely on Jesus, but Jesus showed him it was about his belief. The man replied, *_“...Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief”_* (Mark 9:24). Despite this mix of faith and doubt, the Lord had mercy on him and healed his son (Mark 9:25).

God is always willing to do anything for you. The requirement is your faith. It’s not enough to simply believe; you must act like you believe. Talk like you believe. Think like you believe. If you don’t think like you believe, you won’t talk like it, and if you don’t talk like it, you won’t act like it. God’s Word renews your mind and helps you think correctly, enabling you to live in alignment with your belief (Romans 12:2).

No matter how significant a project or assignment is, even if you’re convinced it’s authentic and from God, it won’t happen unless you believe it’s possible. Without belief, you won’t engage in what’s required to make it happen; instead, you’ll see it as a failed venture or a waste of resources. For example, you have to believe that the full preaching of the Gospel around the world is possible. The Bible says, *_“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come”_* (Matthew 24:14). Without this belief, you won’t take the steps necessary to accomplish the task.

For the first time in history, we are in a world equipped with the technology and workforce needed to reach everyone. God’s people all over the world are ready—they’re prepared to go everywhere without restriction, and we are set to mobilize and deploy all that’s necessary. Believe it’s possible. Hallelujah!
═══════════════
*🗣PRAYER*
═══════════════
*Dear Father, I thank you for your Word that builds my faith and gives me the right mindset. I believe in the possibility of reaching the world with the Gospel in this time. I act, speak, and think with conviction; you’ve equipped me with all I need to bring your vision to fruition, knowing that all things are possible to him that believes. Thank you for empowering me to play my part in this divine mandate, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.*

*Matthew 9:28-30*
And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord. *29* Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you. *30* And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it.
═══════════════
*Mark 11:22-23*
And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. *23* For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
═══════════════
*Matthew 17:20*
And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Good Morning beautiful People of God, Here's the Rhapsody of Realities devotional for today

*BEYOND ASSUMPTIONS*

Wednesday, 22nd November 2023, With Pastor Chris teaching:-

*And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may KNOW him that is true... (1 John 5:20).*

‭‭The Greek word translated “know” above is “Ginosko.” It’s a kind of knowledge gained by revelation or impartation. For example, being born again, we have the witness in our spirits that we’re the children of God (Romans 8:16-17). Having received eternal life from Jesus Christ, there’s a knowledge in your heart that God is your Father. This isn’t an assumption; it’s knowledge imparted to us by the Holy Spirit that we’re born of God. We’re heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ.

How could you be broke, or live an ordinary life, with the knowledge that you’re a joint heir with Christ? Being a joint heir with Christ means everything that belongs to Jesus Christ belongs to you in the same way that it belongs to Him. He doesn’t own any more of it than you do.

Also, through the same knowledge of God in our spirits, we’ve come to realize that nothing can work to our disadvantage. Romans 8:28 says, And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God.._ Notice the phrase “we know,” meaning that the knowledge is absolute. This isn’t an assumption.

The knowledge that we’ve overcome the world is in our spirits; we’re more than conquerors and victors in Christ Jesus. It doesn’t matter how dark and gloomy things get; be unruffled. The knowledge we have and by which we live is beyond the senses.

Likewise, when we pray, our prayers transcend the arena of assumptions. Our prayers produce results because of our deep and intimate knowledge of the One to whom we pray. Our relationship with Him is based on our knowledge of Him; it transcends religious rituals and formulas.

Therefore, when we pray about something, it’s because we’re confident that it’s in accordance with the Father’s will. If it’s not His will, we don’t desire to pursue it. Our knowledge of Him causes us to trust Him completely, following His guidance.

*PRAYER*

*Dear Father, I thank you for the spirit of wisdom and insight into the deep and intimate knowledge of you. My spirit is alert to discern your promptings, and have a deeper understanding of the mysteries of your Kingdom. I grow in grace and in my relationship with you, with a replete knowledge of your perfect will, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.*

*FURTHER STUDY*

*Ephesians 1:17-18*

That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: 18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

*John 17:3*

And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

*1 John 5:20 AMPC*

And we [have seen and] know [positively] that the Son of God has [actually] come to this world and has given us understanding and insight [progressively] to perceive (recognize) and come to know better and more clearly Him Who is true; and we are in Him Who is true--in His Son Jesus Christ (the Messiah). Good Morning beautiful People of God, Here the Rhapsody of Realities devotional for today

*IT’S A MATTER OF THE HEART*

Saturday, 30th September 2023, With Pastor Chris teaching:-

*For neither did his brethren believe in him (John 7:5).*

In John 7:3-4 MSG, we’re told something quite staggering about the siblings of Jesus: they were sceptical and didn’t believe in Him. They said to Him as they were getting ready to go for the Feast of Tabernacles, *“...Why don’t you leave here and go up to the Feast so your disciples can get a good look at the works you do? No one who intends to be publicly known does everything behind the scenes. If you’re serious about what you are doing, come out in the open and show the world.”*

The 5th verse specifically says, *“His brothers were pushing him like this because they didn’t believe in him either”* (MSG). They were aware of the circumstances surrounding His birth, having heard the story from their mother, Mary, and their father, Joseph, who also had received angelic visitations about Jesus’ birth. Yet, they didn’t believe.

That’s because believing is of the heart. And thanks be unto God, the perspective and opinion of the siblings of Jesus changed when they witnessed His miraculous ascension! That was when they believed. It was a most remarkable event!

As they stood with the other disciples, the “Jesus, whom they had known all their lives,” didn’t suddenly vanish or disappear; rather, in His glorified physical body, He levitated before their eyes right into heaven. For once, they realized that the one whom they had the privilege of growing up with was truly God.

This incredible event left no room for doubt or speculation in their hearts about His origin. Now, they really understood that the Lord Jesus was truly from above (John 8:23). If you study the book of Acts, Luke tells us in the very first chapter that His mother and His siblings joined the company of disciples and continued with them in fellowship (read Acts 1:13-14). Hallelujah!

That’s why, no matter the stories you hear and how many angelic visitations you receive, you still have to make the choice to believe from your heart. It’s a matter of the heart, just as Paul puts it in Romans 10:10 NKJV, *“For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”*

True faith stems from the heart. However, the mind must be open to receive the information, and a decision must be made to embrace it. Hallelujah!

*PRAYER*

*Dear Father, thank you for the opportunity of being regularly exposed to the ministry of your Word and to express my faith. Always, my heart is set in order, receptive, fully prepared to receive your Word joyfully. I experience the life-changing power of your Word as I align my heart, mind and actions with its truth, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.*

*FURTHER STUDY:*

*Romans 10:10*

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

*John 20:29*

Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed [are] they that have not seen, and [yet] have believed.

*Acts 1:9-14*

And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 1Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey. And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James [the son] of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes, and Judas [the brother] of James. These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.
