L & M Football Academy is an organization that provides a full package football training experience among children and youth in Nigeria. We offer development of skills and quality instruction for children and youth aged 4-21. We provide overall training: physical fitness, mental readiness, moral discipline & healthy attitude, technical development and tactical knowledge. We assess each trainee's potential, train them in keeping with FIFA standard and provide them with exposure to clubs in various countries. L & M Football Academy aim to be a sought after destination in relation to football talents in Nigeria. We emphasized the balance between individual skill development and team building putting Decision-Making in the forefront of all training activities. OUR VISION
Our vision is to become a sought after football talents destination and the premier provider of world-class football scouting and coaching services, setting a high standard of excellence in players development in Nigeria. OUR MISSION
Scout talented young football players, develop them in the academy and expose them to local and international clubs for signing;

Act as an intermediary for already established players in Africa Providing them with the Local and international trial. Enter into a partnership with various entities across the world interested in collaboration with us.
