What you eat in PRIVATE you wear in PUBLIC.... π―
...................... . .. ... ..
Letβs face it, many of us come up with reasons not to exercise or eat healthy. We even sound pretty convincing. Unfortunately, all the reasons in the world eventually catch up to you in the form of illness or injury.
What we often fail to realize is how much your lifestyle impacts your health. The food you eat, being physically active, and rest is truly your medicine.
Many people continue to walk around in an unhealthy body and come to accept this existence. Living this way causes you to miss out on how good you're supposed to feel and look.
The true story of health is, your body reflects your lifestyle.

Daily Choices and Responsibility
.
The action needed to get fit is a daily choice. Start by making a plan and sticking to it. It will be important to schedule your workouts and spend time meal prepping.
.
Avoid processed convenience foods and replace those with healthy nutrient dense foods.
.
Start hanging around people who are positive about your fitness goals.
.
It comes down to being responsible for your body and what it looks like. You want it? Believe you can and go get it. Nothing is going to happen until you make it happen.
.
Fitness is a permanent lifestyle change, not something that magically occurs. This is your journey, your body, and your fitness. You will never look like anyone except your best healthy self when it's all said and done.
.
Straight talk but all in fitness love!

You are what you eat and drink. And don't think punishing yourself with exercise will help poor eating habits. This only sets up an eat, exercise guilt cycle which is certainly not healthy. Why is eating right such a struggle? Much of the problem involves mindless eating.
............,.....
The following are helpful tips to get you back on track to eating right:
Toss the processed food in the refrigerator and pantry and replace it with healthy "real" food.
Start moving! Exercise at least 4 times weekly.
Stop blaming your spouse, significant other, friends or circumstances for mindless eating.
Just because someone in your home brings in crap food doesn't mean you have to eat it.
Think before you eat.
Start packing healthy snacks for work. Stay out of the break room vending machines and donuts sitting on the table.
Drink water if you feel the urge to eat without thinking.
Ask yourself if what you're eating is helping or hurting your health.
Be mindful of alcohol intake. Are you really having only one drink?
Make a plan to eat healthily and stick to it.
Keep a food journal and be honest with yourself.π―
