InnovateAI Lagos, 2025

All round growth can be planned and experienced when done with intentionality.

For me this year these are some things I will prioritize

1. Sleep 😴 (it’s part of a healthy lifestyle it just good food 🥘)

2. Rest (it’s a super power at my age 😇😊)

3. Reading my bible (I am using Youversion and I recently joined Ruth Zubairu’s accountability group here on Facebook)/ Go big on soul winning

4. Minimalist lifestyle (I will be decluttering my entire wardrobe this year and opt for simple pieces that can be coordinated together)

5. Exercise - mainly walks (I am using Google fit and to track/Swear coin) walks in nature are the best and Dr Leslie Sansone videos on YouTube are great as well, aerobics and weight lifting 🏋️‍♀️ (so help me God 🙏)

6. Minding my business - I will audit and cut out unnecessary things this year(all digital cobwebs must be revisited 😅)

7. Finish up so many paid courses/books purchased in the past 3-4 years etc in a 12 month long period. (Is their someone else like me let’s get some strategies in the comments..to help each other)

8. Impact my communities using our NGO Teach for Employability skills foundation (volunteers needed) 5x times more than we did in 2024
