I have been challenged by Amaechi Michael Okobi to an awesome  starting October 1st. The idea is to build up to a 5min plank on day 30 (swipe left for a guide).
I am doing a 5 minute plank in 30 days because it will help me with my mental focus and discipline in business.
Anyone that works out knows how tough a 1 minute plank is, talk less 5! But we can do this and the physical and mental benefits to this challenge are endless.

However, it is important to remember that oatmeal isn't some miracle food that you can eat to lose weight, but it may bring you results when consumed as part of calorie-restricting diet, along with other nutritious foods
