Did I close the hernia? No
What I did was to modify movements, food +++ to reduce the intra abdominal pressure and strengthen her core and this reduced the organs that could bulge into the opening🙂. That's why her navel and hernia looks smaller
Did I close the Diastasis Recti? It's down to 1½ from 4 fingers 💃 and I will close it.

Hernia is when there's an opening in your abdominal wall and your tissue or intestines bulges into the hole.
For post partum moms this is usually in the navel area and is called umbilical hernia.
You may or may not have a bulge at all times when you have an hernia.
If the opening in your abdominal wall is small, you may not have a large amount of tissue in it, so the bulge might not be noticeable.
Here are 5 things that can worsen the bulge:
🎯 Performing sit-ups or crunches
🎯 Straining on the toilet
🎯 Laying down
🎯 Coughing or vomiting
🎯 Lifting heavy objects

Because pressure 😓. That's what caused your mummy tummy.
Doing planks and sit ups without proper assessment post partum can increase intra abdominal pressure and make your tummy bigger.
And also increase your waist pain.
You can do all these exercises, later, but for now focus on healing and repairing not further tearing.
