With top pedigree and highly experienced and successful managers like Maximilio Allegri , Carlo Ancellotti availble the only conclusion I can draw from the arsenals ownerships obsession with appointing Arteta is that they know arteta will cost them the lowest compared to proven winners like Allegri and Ancellotti
