Doubt and mistakes don’t disqualify you from God's love or His plans. You should be relieved and excited for another opportunity to “go again”; knowing you’re loved and “you get backing”.
May every day be marked by reminders that you’re loved, and that you’re on course in His grand design for you.
Congratulations! Welcome to May!

DEAR MEN, DON’T DIE BEFORE YOUR TIME.
You’re moving like the main character in an action film, eating like a man on the run, and sleeping like the night is optional.
Sir, are you okay?
Every day, you run around taking care of business, paying school fees, sorting bills, solving everybody’s problems... except your own health.
But hear this — if you fall down today, a lot more than you will crash.
It’s not just about you.
Your wife becomes a widow.
Your children lose their compass.
Your family loses its stability.
And all because you didn’t take time to:
Eat real food (not just bread and rice)
Drink water (not just “small stout” or fizzy drinks/packed juices)
Sleep more than 4 hours a night
Move your body (and no, walking to the car doesn't count)
Check your blood pressure (not just when you're angry)
Take good supplements (not just the manpower type)
The stats don’t lie:
Middle-aged men are dropping like flies. Nigeria has one of the highest adult male mortality rates in Africa. And many families are suffering silently because Oga didn’t take his health seriously.
You may be the lion of your house, but even lions drink water and rest.
So on this Wellness Wednesday, this is your reminder:
Take care of yourself. Not just for you, but for the people who love you and depend on you.
You are not replaceable.
You are not a machine.
You are not invincible.
Take a break. Eat something green. Sleep. Drink water. Laugh. Go for checkups. Use good supplements. Stay alive.
Because dead men don’t hustle.
Tag a man you love. Share this with your brothers, uncles, husbands, and friends. Let’s keep our men alive and well.
T for Tenks!

What Are You Doing With All You’ve Heard?
I recently boarded a flight, totally ready to catch up on some much-needed sleep. I had been running on empty for days. But just before landing, I felt a gentle nudge in my heart: “Is this how you won’t reach out to the lady beside you?”
With only a few minutes left before landing, I turned to her—and wow! In less than 20 minutes, she opened up deeply about her life. She needed someone to talk to. She needed counsel. She needed encouragement.
By the time we passed through passport control and baggage claim, we had connected. We talked about faith, her many struggles, relationships, and business. She found a big sister. I simply said “yes” to being a vessel—light, salt. And I felt so honored.
So next time you're on that bus, in that Uber, or on that flight, remember: it might be more spiritual to reach out to the person beside you than to listen to that worship song or your pastor’s latest message. Yes—I said that with my full chest!
Because what’s the point of all the messages you've been hearing, if you're not practicing them?
Selah.
As you go into this season, may you be blessed. Make yourself available. Be a doer of the Word.
Much love!

“I’m a Pharmacist Herbalist…”
Every time I introduce myself this way, the reaction is always priceless — and let’s just say, people rarely forget it.
Wearing many hats can make explaining what I do feel like a full-time job on its own! But I know I’m not alone — it seems like every Nigerian has at least two hustles, right?
So here’s a fun challenge:
If you had to introduce yourself in one unforgettable line, what would it be?
Someone out there might just be praying for the solution you carry.
Drop yours in the comments — let’s hear what you do, boldly and creatively!

“I choose gentleness... Nothing is won by force. I choose to be gentle. If I raise my voice may it be only in praise. If I clench my fist, may it be only in prayer. If I make a demand, may it be only of myself.” Max Lucado
AMEN!!!
The above blessed me this morning and I thought to share.

Dear Entrepreneur,
Not every NO is final. Many times, NOs have an expiry date. The person who said No to your solution earlier in the year may be ready to buy your market now.
Everyday presents a fresh opportunity to share your business with the people you've told about it before.
Keep showing up. May you WIN!

“The second time we met, my friend sent me to him to help with accommodation arrangements. He gave me 500 naira for
transportation, and I returned 400 naira. That was it. He decided there and then that I was the one for him. The rest they say, is history."
Do ladies like these still exist?
And yes, it takes a wise man to notice the things that really matter…….
This couple Inimfon Ubong-colonel and Ubong-Colonel Udo shared in detail their story in the “Staying Happily Married Book” and you need to read it. The quote, “Morning shows the day” accurately captures their journey so far. No need to hype them, they’re solid like that…….entrepreneurs, building businesses, building people and building an amazing family. Check them out, follow them, and you’ll be glad you did!
Many times, what you need is to read someone’s story and you get all the motivation you need!

All the pictures on this post were taken on the SAME DAY.
Went on my morning walk ✅
Took a car selfie which I hadn’t taken in a while ✅
Started feeling funny at work ✅
Went to the hospital to run some tests ✅
Hospital Admission ✅
Almost at exactly this time two weeks ago, I made my last post about seeing the doctor earlier in the week. Little did I know I would spend that night and a few others afterwards on a hospital bed.
Between several trips, transitions at home and work over the past several weeks, I guess my body was sending me a notification. I had completely forgotten what it felt like to be down with malaria or be down with an infection (my last recollection of a throat infection was about 30 years ago, malaria, over 10 years ago). I received loads of antibiotics, IV fluids and injections, because I was not retaining anything orally, and this made my recovery happen slowly.
Health is Wealth! I’m standing here, only because God made a Way! I resumed my walk 2 days ago. I’ve resumed Detox with my all natural foods and herb companions and my appetite is picking up; i’m enjoying time with family and realigning my priorities. Not everything needs to get done today.
One Day at a Time, Sweet Jesus!
Good to be back family!

Dear Married Man/Woman, who is your next of kin?
