First Quarter Stay-in-School Basketball Clinic.

Ahmentors Basketball Academy proudly organized its First Quarter Stay-in-School Basketball Clinic, a purposeful initiative designed not only to develop young athletes on the court but to shape their character, discipline, and commitment to education.

This camp goes beyond basketball. It is a platform where young talents are mentored on the true meaning of being a champion a mindset that begins in the classroom and extends to the court and life. The academy strongly emphasizes that success in sports and success in education are not separate paths, but complementary journeys.

Throughout the clinic, participants were engaged in intensive basketball training sessions focused on skill development, teamwork, and game intelligence. However, equal attention was given to personal growth, where mentors guided the kids on:

The importance of staying committed to school.

Building discipline and consistency in daily life.

Developing leadership qualities and respect for others.

Understanding that education is the foundation for long-term success
The camp instills a powerful message: Champions are not only made by talent, but by character, knowledge, and discipline.

"Ahmentors Stay In School Basketball Clinic (Science School Edition)"

The two-day basketball clinic at Science School was a successful, energetic, and fun-filled experience! With 62 kids in attendance and 12 dedicated coaches, the camp focused on developing fundamental basketball skills, team play, mentorship, and life-building sessions.

Campers were fully engaged through drills, scrimmages, leadership talks, and mentorship moments. To recognize excellence and effort, we awarded a headband to the Best Male Camper and socks to the Best Female Camper.

We're excited to take this movement forward as we head to "Taraba State University (ATC)" today Wednesday and tomorrow Thursday for the next stop in our mission to empower and mentor young athletes through basketball.

Target Participants: 100 kids and 20 coaches

Registration: First come, first served!

On behalf of Ahmentors Basketball Academy, I would like to Thank all the people that contributed in one way or the other for the just concluded Ahmentors 3on3 Winter Basketball League. More especially Buhari Aliyu Saleh for sponsoring the League, Coach Oliver B. Johnson and Jonathan Kolo for the inspiration and motivation to us, so as to understand the game more.

Your support will open many new opportunities for the Academy as well as help develop their basketball skills. Dear team,

NEW YEAR MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER AHMENTORS BASKETBALL ACADEMY AND COACH OF TARABA HURRICANES

It is another new year and another opportunity for reflection.
The year 2020 was very challenging in many regards, but nevertheless, we're able to keep faith with most of our commitments with your full support and contributions

The lesson from the out-gone year is clear-more needs to be done on all fronts to fast-track the journey to our desired destination and all hands must be on deck for this purpose.

I wish to use this great opportunity to thank and rededicate all our players and stakeholders to great commitment, good governance, accountability and leadership by example in this new year. Similarly, all players and stakeholders, who aspire to attain these great ideals, are expected to contribute to their attainment in the true spirit of partnership and shared responsibility.
