And because you can still walk, laugh, work, and post online…
you convince yourself nothing is wrong.

But silent damage is still damage.

While you’re “managing,”
your heart may be struggling.
Your kidneys may be weakening.
Your blood vessels may already be under pressure.

Then one day, the body gives up carrying what you ignored.

And people call it “unexpected.”

But the truth is:
the warning signs were there all along.

Health problems rarely destroy people instantly.
Most times, they give chances.
Chances to check.
Chances to rest.
Chances to eat better.
Chances to take treatment seriously.
Chances to choose life before complications choose for you.

Most people don’t change because they want to.
They change because their body eventually forces their attention.

Sometimes the wake-up call comes quietly:

▪️difficulty sleeping

And suddenly, the things you ignored start to matter.

Your body speaks long before it breaks completely.
The problem is that many people wait until the warning becomes painful.

But those symptoms are not always the enemy.
Sometimes they are signals asking you to take better care of yourself.

A reminder to:
