Belle United Social Football Club (BUSFC) of Jos emerge winners of the UNIJOS @ 50 Football Tournament.

BUSFC lifted the coveted trophy after a hard fought 2:1 win over the ALUMNI team.

On Wednesday, June 3rd, 2025, the Executive Chairman of Plateau State Internal Revenue Service (PSIRS), Dr. Jim Pam Wayas, was represented by the Senior Executive Assistant (SEA), Mr. Choji Bott, to warmly welcome Belle United’s delegation on a courtesy visit to the Service.

Prof. Christopher Longji Gonsum, President of the Club, expressed gratitude to the Executive Chairman and the PSIRS for the support the Club has received over the years towards its activities. He also shared information about the upcoming Annual 8 Team Veteran’s Unity and Peace Tournament scheduled for 6th-8th June in Shendam. As a token of appreciation, the Club presented a custom-made jersey to the Executive Chairman. He informed the Executive Chairman that Belle United will use the PSIRS/Belle United customized jersey in Shendam during the tournament and serve as the Service’s’ brand ambassadors in the tournament.

In response, the Executive Chairman expressed his delight at their visit and the gift, urging the Club to continue its notable humanitarian efforts over the years. He assured them that the Service would maintain its support whenever needed to foster the growth of the community and Plateau State at large.

The Belle United delegation also included Barr. Henry Hentuang Longpoe (Secretary/Coordinator), Emmanuel Haruna Mizim (Technical Adviser), Barr. Wuyang Bwakat (Provost Marshall) and Simon John Nengi (PRO).

The dinner was filled with laughter, warmth, and a sense of community, as families enjoyed delicious food, engaging conversations, and great company. The evening showcased the strong bonds and camaraderie that defines the “Togetherness!” slogan of Belle United Social Football Club.

As the night unfolded, memories were shared, and new ones were created. The dinner was a testament to the club's spirit and a celebration of the joy that football brings to us all.
