SOME PEOPLE DON’T JUST SPEAK… THEY MOVE PEOPLE

Our visit to Heat Gym was special but this one feels different

At the center of it all was the incredibly talented Aisha Indabawa a creative soul, poet, and motivator whose words have a way of inspiring strength, discipline, and purpose.

This wasn’t just a gym visit… it became a moment. A reminder that fitness is not only physical it is mindset, energy, and motivation.

A special touch by Skot, whose editing turned this into something truly classic

To Heat Gym, thank you for the support for the Kano Fitness Festival 2026 movement.

The countdown continues…

When they show you vs when they owe you. The faster you’re able to hang up the phone the better for you.
