THE INDEPENDENT BOSS

I help online business owners get their first 4 high ticket clients in 4 months

Imagine this scenario...

You've spent weeks the perfect conference for your talk.

You find the event organizer's contact, craft a compelling pitch, and hit send.

Then you get this back:

"Mail Delivery Failed. This address does not exist."

The email bounced.

The contact is bad.

And now you're stuck manually searching LinkedIn, guessing alternative emails, copy-pasting into your spreadsheet, updating your CRM...

All of that for one bad contact. Multiply that by 10, 20, 50 bounces in a pipeline and you've just lost hours of your week doing admin work instead of preparing your next talk.

This is exactly the problem I built an AI to solve for my speaker clients.

Here's what happens now when an email bounces in their pipeline:

The automatically spots the bounce the moment it lands in the inbox.

It then goes out on the internet, searches for the right person to contact at that organisation, finds a verified replacement, updates their contact list, and refreshes their all without them lifting a finger.

By the time my client opens their laptop in the morning, the dead lead has already been replaced and the outreach is ready to continue.

No panic.

No manual digging.

No lost momentum.

The pipeline just keeps moving.

This is just one of the SMART AI Agents working quietly behind the scenes inside The Speaker's Backstage the system I run for professional speakers at The Independent Boss.

From researching events and finding verified organiser contacts, to making sure every follow-up goes out on time, to drafting email replies in your voice, to replacing dead contacts like this automatically the whole pipeline keeps moving without you touching it.

You just show up when an organiser is ready to talk.

If you're a professional speaker tired of losing bookings to admin work, drop a comment, or send a message, let's talk.

The speaker pipeline isn't magic.

It's a filter.

I run the filter.

Most speakers are building their career on hope.

One referral.
One event.
Then silence until the next opportunity shows up.

That’s not a pipeline.

That’s survival mode.

The speakers who grow consistently aren’t always the most talented.

They’re the ones with systems behind their business:

• Consistent outreach
• Follow-ups running automatically
• A pipeline full of opportunities
• Calls and bookings coming in regularly

If you want speaking to become predictable, you need more than a great stage presence.

You need a system that keeps opportunities moving even when you’re not on stage.

The difference between a speaking career that grows and one that stalls isn’t talent.
It’s the system behind it.

Hola 🖐️

It's Monday and we are live!!! 🕺🏽💃🏽

The Speaker's Backstage is officially open.

For the past few months, I've been building this quietly. Not theoretically. With actual clients, live , and hitting real inboxes.

Now I'm ready to open it up.

Here's what this actually is:

I handle the entire pipeline for professional .

I find the events worth pitching, reach out to organizers on your behalf, submit where portals exist, and follow up consistently for 3 months until someone responds.

When an organizer is ready to talk, that's when I hand it to you.

Everything before that moment?
That's mine to carry.

Three ways to work together:

→ One-time setup: I build your full CRM system so your pipeline runs on autopilot. Best if you want to handle outreach yourself.

→ Done for you: I run the entire pipeline. Research, outreach, follow-ups, handoff. You just show up when a call is booked.

→ Partnership: Low base, shared risk. My earnings grow only when yours do.

I'm not going to oversell this.

Three months in.
120 events researched.
19 proposals submitted.
2 confirmed speaking engagements,
and that number will keep climbing.

Speaking gigs don't always close fast. Some events plan their lineups 3 to 6 months out. The pipeline we built is still working in the background.

That's the .

I'm opening just 5 .

I want to make sure every client gets the attention the work deserves.

On Monday, I'm opening the doors on something I've been building for months.

THE SPEAKER'S BACKSTAGE

I'm not going to oversell it.

I'll just tell you exactly what it is.

I handle the for professional .
All of it.

☑️Finding the right .

☑️Getting the organizer's contact.

☑️Sending the .

☑️Following up when they don't reply.

☑️Tracking everything so nothing slips through.

And when an finally says yes to a call?

That's when I hand it to you.

That's the only part that's yours.

Everything before that moment: the research, the emails, the follow-ups, the waiting.
I carry that.

You just show up when it's time to finalize with event organisers and get on that stage.

Full details on Monday.

About 3 months ago, I started running this system for my clients.

I was committed to building the because getting you on the you deserve to be on shouldn't take over all your time.

So, I built the process and proved it worked! 💪

Over those 90 days of deep work, we produced some -blowing results.

Events were researched.
Organizers were contacted.
Proposals were submitted.
Calls got .

Not every converted.
Some got cancelled.
Some got delayed.
That's real life.

But by the end of the 3 months?

There were confirmed speaking engagements.
And clients wanted to keep going.

That's when I knew.

The system works.

Tomorrow, I will tell you what I'm doing with it.

Once I saw the problem clearly, I couldn't unsee it.

So I did the only thing that made sense to me.

I started mapping it out.

Not . But .

If I were going to solve this for a speaker, what would that actually look like?

Where do you even find worth pitching?

How do you tell the good ones from the ones not worth your time?

When you reach out to an organizer, how do you not come across as just another person in their inbox begging for a slot?

And if they don't reply, which most event organisers won't reply to you on the first time

How do you follow up in a way that's persistent without being annoying?

And then the bigger question underneath all of it:

How do you manage all of these across 50, 60, 100 leads at once without losing track of a single one?

I sat with those questions for a while.

Then, I built answers to all of them.

But a that only exists on paper doesn't mean much.

So, I found a willing to let me run it on their pipeline, real events, and .

Let me tell you about a pattern I kept noticing with professional .

Speaker gets a referral.
Speaks at an event.
Does a great job.

Then goes home and waits.

Waits for the next referral.
The next invitation.
The next someone who knows someone.

And in between? Nothing. Just hope.

I saw this with speaker after speaker.
Talented people.
Prepared people.
People who genuinely had something valuable to say.

It wasn't their talk holding them back.
It wasn't their .
It wasn't even their .

It was the silence between gigs.

Nobody was out there knocking on doors for them.
No system was working in the background.
No pipeline was being filled while they focused on their craft.

And at some point I stopped seeing it as each speaker's personal struggle.

I started seeing one problem, showing up in different people.

A problem.

And here's the thing about systems problems, they have solutions.

More soon.

It's been a minute since I showed up here.

And honestly?

It was intentional.

Every time I thought about posting, I stopped myself because I didn't want to talk about something I hadn't proven yet.

So I went heads down. . . .

Now I'm back.

And I have something real to show for it.

Something has been quietly running in the background for the past few months, a project I've been working on behind the scenes.

I haven't talked about it much. Not because I wasn't ready but because I wanted to be sure it actually worked before I said a word.

Now I'm sure.

Over the next couple of days, I'm going to walk you through what I built, why I built it, and who it's for.

If you're a professional , pay attention this week.

Something is coming.

2026 feels like one of those years.

The year your calendar fills up with stages you actually want to be on.

The year your voice reaches rooms you once imagined.

The year your work finally matches your potential.

If you’re a speaker, I hope this is the year your message travels further than ever.

I'm rooting for you one keynote at a time 👍🏼
