Season greetings from all of us at Adekalu Sports Academy. Wishing all our friends and well wishers merry Christmas and a prosperous new year!

The Adekalu Baseball and Softball Fiesta 2025, a two days funfair games came to an interesting climax yesterday at Kings College, Lagos.

The Fiesta which was powered by the Adekalu Sports Academy featured 4 seniors slow pitch softball teams and 4 youth baseball and softball teams was without the usual thrill; seeing senior baseball and softball players in Nigeria including veterans having an end of year fun at the ball game. The Fiesta also saw winning teams being rewarded with cash prizes and outstanding players and teams with individual awards.

I want to use this medium to appreciate all that came from far and near to grace the occasion. Also, all that supported this event both financially and morally. We hope and pray for better days ahead.

The remarkable victory achieved today by our softball team is both well-deserved and deeply inspiring for our entire organization.

This team was first assembled in 2021, and over the years they have been diligently developed by our dedicated and highly skilled coaches into the exceptional champions we celebrate today.

For the record, this team has maintained an outstanding track record of excellence. Beginning with their debut outing in Badagry in 2021, they have consistently dominated every age-grade category. They went on to win all age-grade National and West Africa Little League Championships in 2022, 2023, and 2024, culminating in their latest achievement as the 2025 Senior National Softball Tournament Champions.

As we look ahead, we are confident that this team will continue to bring pride and glory to our nation on the international stage. Their success sets a powerful foundation for a new era in Nigeria’s softball ecosystem and inspires a generation of future athletes.
