Tomorrow is World Diabetes Day! Let's all take a moment to raise awareness about this important global health issue.
Here are some facts about diabetes:
• Diabetes is a chronic, incurable disease that affects millions of people around the world.
• Diabetes is the leading cause of blindness and kidney failure.
• Diabetes is a major risk factor for heart disease and stroke.
• Diabetes can lead to serious health complications, including amputation, nerve damage, and diabetic ketoacidosis.
• There is no cure for diabetes, but it can be managed through lifestyle changes and medication.
What can you do to help?
• Spread the word about diabetes and its risks.
• Encourage your loved ones to get screened for diabetes.
• Make healthy lifestyle choices to prevent diabetes. ( I can help you, if you're ready)!
• If you have diabetes, manage it carefully to prevent complications.

⚠️ ATTENTION: PLEASE READ, IT COULD HELP YOU ⚠️
My Dump the day approach:
For some time now I have implemented a nightly process called "Dump The Day." I use this technique as a way to release stress and clear my mind before going to bed.
As my night winds down, I ask Holy Spirit to bring up anything to me that needs to be dumped. The things that come up usually vary and are often seem small and insignificant (if you've read the prophecy God gave me, you'll catch that), but I've learned they are things that need to be released.
It could be forgiving myself or someone else. It could be a reminder to pick up the phone and remind someone that I love them. It could be correction over how I handled something. Sometimes it's irritation and frustration. Whatever it is, I make a conscious choice to let it go.
In addition to the dump, we breathe. Slow deep breaths inhale for 8 exhale for 8 repeat. This will help you slow your bodies down and relax our minds.
Some of you may think this is silly and unnecessary but more and more we are seeing the connection between our soul and our body.
What if that insomnia is because you simply don't slow your mind down before going to sleep or an irritation that's stealing your peace? What if those headaches, allergies and knee pain are the result of carrying things and never letting them go?
If I'm wrong about the power of dumping your day, what did you lose? Not much. If I'm right, what did you gain? Possibly peace and freedom.
Try it for at least 21 days and compare.
There is no longer any serious doubt that daily habits and actions profoundly affect both short-term and long-term health and quality of life. Multiple daily practices have a profound impact on both long-term and short-term health and quality of life.
Increased physical activity, proper nutrition, weight management, avoidance of to***co, and stress reduction are all key modalities that can lower the risk of chronic disease and improve quality of life.
Don’t blink! The BIG one is HERE tonight.
Tonight, I’ll be cooking yam without coming in contact with water.
Seen that before?
Using water to prepare food has its own short coming as the use of water causes loss of nutrients and minerals. As far as vegetables are concerned, cooking them in water robs them of some of their nutritional value because the nutrients and essential constituents leach out into the cooking water.
These enemies of nutrition are easily overlooked in most homes but once they are put into consideration and avoided accordingly, a healthier and more improved life style is guaranteed.

It describes how wellbeing is more than simply an absence of illness , but also incorporates the individuals mental and emotional health. Travis believed that the standard approach to medicines , which assumes a person is well when there are no signs or symptoms of disease ,was insufficient.

What are you doing to lower your risk of developing diabetes?
Forget about the days when you thought diabetes was a disease of the old, more young people are being diagnosed with prediabetes and diabetes now.
Some people already have diabetes but don't know.
If you've a family history of diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or high triglyceride levels, you have higher risk of developing diabetes.
Also, if you are overweight or obese, your risk is higher too.
The best way to know if you have high blood sugar levels is to go for blood sugar tests.
It's not a costly test...
Investing in health checks and taking steps to prevent diabetes is cheaper than treatment.
