Your circle determines how far you'll go.
We extended our one BALL campaign (sports equipment drive) to the Ijora community in Lagos, donating 25 pairs of basketball shoes to the girls and hosting a basketball clinic.
Girls have a unique power, which the world must give expression.
Thank you Gaskiya College for opening up your school to us.
Thank you Giants of Africa for building the court in the school
Thank you BALL 2 THRIVE for donating shoes to our course.

The smile on their faces say it all...
Our big dream is to donate 100,000 sports equipment annually with an overall target of one million by the end of the decade.
We dared to move and today we have touched 225 lives with sports shoes, balls and other equipment.
Thank you & .tokunbo for the basketball shoes donation. We couldn't have made a difference in the lives of the Warriors Basketball Academy youth without you.
With your support we can do more. Let's make a difference today.

It's 3 years since I took my first step in hosting the first Sports Mentorship session, our very first program at Balls Activating Literacy and Leadership (BALL) Africa. This was after 2years of incubation & standing still, not knowing how and where to start up after a remarkable journey to cover the NBA and bagged an interview with the NBA's All-time Leading scorer, LeBron James in the United Center, home of the Chicago Bulls in 2018.
In this time we have organised 12 mentorship sessions, 2 basketball clinics, 2 Sports Symposiums (Africa Basketball Conversation)and a tech soft skills bootcamp for student-athletes. We have also given out 100 pieces of sports equipment to kids in underserved communities and 5 local sports scholarships for kids between 10-13.
As we celebrate the journey so far, my heart though filled with gratitude is fixated on our goal to disburse One million pieces of sports equipment in 10 years and host a one-week in-boarding sports & life skills summer camp.
I am grateful for every hand of support from ideation to incubation to conception, our board of trustees, sports mentors, partners, schools, conference delegates, coaches, athletes and most importantly our volunteers and donors.
Without you, we couldn't have come this far.
To than to dream, so we .
Happy Anniversary BALLAfrica.
I and some members of our team celebrated Christmas this year with Amberly school of Thought Basketball Academy at the Dipo Dina Stadium in Ijebu-ode Ogun State.
The "12 SHOES OF CHRISTMAS" equipment drive is the 2nd half of our biannual One BALL Campaign, our sports equipment drive which is aimed at giving out 100,000 sports equipment annually.
We hit the 100 equipment mark with the support of California.
Big S/O to coach Amberly and the grassroots coaches who struggle with developing talents because of inadequate equipment. To every kid with talent but find it difficult to practise due to lack of equipment. We feel your pain. Don't stop! Dare More. Soon enough we will get to you.
Special thanks to for being great team mates.

We are happy to announce we took delivery of the basketball shoes donation from Oakland, California yesterday.
founder .tokunbo was in Nigeria hand it over the 12 🏀 shoes to on behalf of Balls Activating Literacy & Leadership (BALL) Africa.
So far we have given out 86 sports equipment (balls & shoes) as an organisation between last year and this year. Our goal is to give away 100,000 equipment annually and 1,000,000 by 2032. This is one of our two cardinal missions at BALL Africa.
With this received donation, we would have given out 97 equipment to aspiring athletes who really need them in underserved communities in Nigeria.
To dream is great, to dare is more. So DARE MORE.
.
We hosted a basketball clinic alongside donating 2 basketballs to Day Waterman College as part of the Titilola Ogunnaike's prize for coming tops in our essay competition.
We hope more schools encourage holistic learning and sports as a major component in their education curriculum.
Looking forward to our next competition and school 😁
