Times have changed and keep changing. Knowledge is taking a dual role in the scheme of human life and this dual role is duo-directional. Going south is wholistic thinking and going north is proliferation of thinking, devoid of holism. For the human to salvage the earth, both forms of thinking must go north. Wholistic thinking serves as common sense. Common sense is no more trending and is far becoming extinct. Proliferation of thought devoid of holism are surface thoughts that are self-gratifying and trending. Without holism, proliferation of self-gratification will put paid to the human specie. Thus, advocates of hospitality like me seek to suggest and present the hospitality model as the bridge between holism and self-gratification that will save the earth. Our philosophy is "given to hospitality". We serve to be served. If we serve our constituents, that is, the guest that walks through our doors, utilising personalised service and our environment, through the reduction of our carbon footprints, we shall also be served. Welcome to the world of holistic and gratifying hospitality!
