Remember you said 2024 is the year to get your fitness and health moving? Well, January is almost coming to an end and we at Get FYZical are saying you don't have to do too much organizing and preparing, and overthinking how you will start your fitness journey.

Just get up early on Saturday morning and head out to Jara Mall. Voila! Fitness box ticked, health box ticked, social box ticked, mental health box ticked.
