FIT AFRICA NIGERIA brings together a diverse membership of energetic fitness and wellness practitioners with extensive knowledge and experience in promoting physical activity and wellness practices. We have developed educational materials and strategies that highlight the positive correlation between physical fitness and resilience against substance abuse. Drug abuse is a wellness problem hence our concern.
In reality drug abuse is everyone’s fight as it’s effect trickles down to users and non users affecting families and society.

It’s is important for to note that FIT AFRICA has representation in over 15 other African countries including: KENYA, RWANDA, UGANDA, NIGERIA, BURKINA FASO, GHANA, MOROCCO, TANZANIA to mention a few.
