➡️ Many people all over the world are suffering from eye problems as a result of high blood pressure.

🎯Over time, high blood pressure can slow blood flow to the retina, the light-sensitive layer of tissue at the back of the eyeball.

Either may blur your vision or in some cases make it go away (blinded)

✅ Lowering your blood pressure can help you avoid eye conditions that could cause vision loss.
👉If your blood pressure is too high, your doctor may recommend losing weight, reducing stress, sleeping well, improving your diet, exercising regularly, taking alcohol in moderation, and quitting smoking. Although these lifestyle modifications can be helpful, you may also need to take medication that lowers your blood pressure.
