Hi guys, I know it's been ages since I posted pictures or any activity on my page, sorry about this and I look forward to resuming regular updates. Today, I will be talking about problems with Acne, Pimples, and Spots on the face.

First of all, if you are having any of these, you have to identify the root cause of the blemish. From my experience, it could be caused by hormonal imbalance (especially during menstrual period), food, age, or even the product that you are using.

Today I will focus on the hormonal imbalance during menstrual period. During your period or some days before, be observant of your face. If more pimples appear on your face more than usual, it is ineffective (and usually a waste of money) to try to treat/clear them using a product. This is because you will be treating only the surface while the actual cause is coming from the inside. The correct/complete solution is to treat from the inside, so that whatever product you using to clear your face can be effective because you have addressed the root cause.

So the question is how you go about treating from the inside. All you need to do is simply known as Detoxification. As heavy as this sound, it is quite a simple and easy process. Detox is defined as the process of getting rid of unhealthy substance in the body or removing harmful stuff from the body. Detox acts as an anti-inflammatory solution thereby removing toxic substances that cause pimples, acnes and other blemishes on the face.

In conclusion, it is very important to do a detox first before buying and applying any product on your face. My next post will be on how to prepare a natural and healthy homemade detox drink.
