THE TIME IS NOW!
Do you know that Scientific evidence suggests that physically active children are more likely to mature into physically active adults? Despite this proven theory, experts say only six out of 10 children aged between five and 14 years participate in sport outside of school.
Some of the many benefits of sport participation for children include:

- healthy growth of bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons
improved coordination and balance
- a greater ability to physically relax and, therefore, avoid the complications of chronic muscular tension (such as headache or backache)

- improved personal skills, including cooperation and leadership.
Our football development program for children between 4-19 years provides more than 500 hours of training and up to 50 competitive matches every year.

Following a hugely successful spell of running our City FC franchises across the nation, City Sports Group, the leading provider of Sports consulting services, announced the launch of its new corporate brand identity, redesigned logo, jersey and website for its subsidiary arm City Sports School.
These changes come at a time when the company is evolving its service offerings and expanding its global reach following strategic partnerships with Manchester City FC, Burnley FC, and Real Betis CF amongst others.
