OUR SERVICES

1. Contract/Out-Sourcing Package.
Driver(s) are seconded to clients and all issues relating to salaries, statutory payments (Pension, Group Life, etc.), uniforms, annual leave, promotion, benefits and other personnel and administrative matters are handled by Barnice Events Innovative Ventures. We also carry out Medical Tests, Security Checks on the drivers. Similarly, the client also gets opportunity to do security checks on the driver, request for replacement where the driver resigns, sick or is dismissed from the client. In this case, the driver remains the staff of Barnice and is only seconded to the client. Cost Implication ranges from: N100, 000 – N 150, 000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira – One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira Only) as monthly Service Charge per driver, exclusive of driver’s salary."
