We have a new trial class "Bootcamp Fitness" on Wednesday 27th April at 7.00pm with Laurent. This class is a combination of Tabata, Metafit, Beep Test, Body Pump, Calisthenics, Crossfit, Pilattes, Resistance rope, Cardio and agility workouts.
