Looking good is nice. Feeling good about who you’ve become is even better. 😉

Still learning. Still growing. Still showing up. Still enjoying the journey.

Age with grace. Lead with purpose. Live with intention. 🥂

CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK 2026 | DAY 3 🌈⚽🏀

Day 3 came with COLOUR! ENERGY! PERSONALITY! 🔥

Today, the House 12 family showed up in their favourite colourful sports jerseys paired with black trousers, and everyone understood the assignment! 😎👏🏽

After some colourful group photographs, we got into the spirit of the day with games, laughter, bonding and a whole lot of team energy.

Because celebrating Customer Service Week isn’t only about appreciating the service we give, it’s also about appreciating the people who give it. ❤️

At House 12, we work together, learn together, serve together… and have fun together!

Day 3: Another beautiful day of bonding and celebration. ✅

I’m delighted to be joining Beyond HR Conference 3.0 (HRCEA’26) as a Guest Speaker, alongside HR professionals, business leaders and forward-thinking practitioners for two days of conversations, insights and connections that matter.

With over four decades of experience across leadership, business, people and entrepreneurship, I look forward to sharing practical perspectives drawn from real-world experience, not just theory.

If you’re serious about growing yourself, your people and your business, this is a conversation you should be part of.

Today’s dress code brought out a different side of the House 12 family!

Blue jeans + a top of your choice = CONFIDENCE, COMFORT & PERSONALITY! 😎

From the most junior member of the team to the CEO, everyone joined in as we continued celebrating the amazing people who go the extra mile for our customers every day.

Because Customer Service Week isn’t just about celebrating service.

It’s about celebrating the people who make exceptional service possible. ❤️

Who says networking has to be all business and no fun? 😂💃🏽🕺🏽

At my recent Lunch and Learn Networking session in Lagos, 16 participants brought their unique dance moves, and I had to mimic EVERY ONE of them! 🤣🔥

We connected, we learned, we laughed, and we created memories. Because networking is not just about exchanging contacts, it’s about creating genuine connections!

Who thinks I deserve an award for my dance moves? 😂😂
