Happy Birthday to my incredible videographer, Ella Mobile Videographer | Voice Over Artist | Creator š
It feels like just yesterday we started working together through your VOICEOVER AND VISUAL CONTENT STUDIO IN LAGOS/ILORIN, but somewhere between the shoots and edits, you became so much more than a Videographer, a creative partner on my personal brand, mentee, or even a reverse mentor. Youāve become family.
To the daughter I never expected to find in this industry, your future is blindingly bright. Keep chasing the light, trusting your gut, and never letting anyone dim your sparkle. You are destined for greatness, and I canāt wait to see the masterpieces youāll create.
Have a spectacular day filled with laughter, cake, and all the love you deserve. Hereās to a year of even bigger dreams and bolder adventures.
Two Comment Options for Ellaās Post
Option 1 (Heartfelt & Personal):
Happy birthday, Ella. Seeing this post just makes me smile. I know weāve had a fantastic mentoring relationship, but honestly, you teach me something new every time you pick up a camera to capture my moments. Thanks for being a part of my journey. Iām so proud of the woman and artist youāre becoming. Hope you have the best day, youāve earned it! š„š
Option 2 (Playful & Affirming):
Cheers to the birthday queen! š„³ Itās been an absolute joy watching you level up this year. Keep being the boss you are, and remember, the world is your canvas, so paint it boldly. I celebrate you today! ššø

Twelve days ago, Princess the Barber š cut my hair at Barbershop in Ilorin š³š¬ and shared a video that got over 6,000 reactions.
Among the 57 comments, one stood out, from He said, āI had a conversation with him (referring to me) for about 20 mins sometime in 2020, and I was blown away. How about you put his haircut bills on me for the next 6 months?ā
I smiled, liked it, thanked him in a comment, and moved on, because letās be honest, weāve all seen those āIāll payā comments before.
But this yesterday, I got THIS message from That_Barbergirl Studio. (Swipe to see the chat š)
actually kept his word. Not because I asked. Not because anyone tagged him. Because heās a man of his word.
Thatās not just generosity, thatās character. And itās also a lesson, the conversations you have today, no matter how brief, can echo years later.
Thank you, name sake Soji, for the gift, but even more, for the reminder that mentorship isnāt just about advice. Itās about showing up.
And to Female barber (slide 3), the brains behind Barbershop in Ilorin š³š¬, this is what happens when you create a space so good that people want to sponsor others to experience it. Youāve built something special.
12 haircuts. 6 months. 1 lesson - Never underestimate the weight of a 20āminute conversation.

I just got my pictures back from Catalyst Series 9.0 (August 28) and Iām still buzzing! š¤š¤ The love that day was overwhelming, and honestly, I see why.
This look was a moment. The custom overcoat by BESPOKE AND READY TO WEAR DESIGNER IN ILORIN is a masterpiece, handcrafted with indigenous Adire fabric in black and white. Every single thread tells a story of heritage, craftsmanship, and bold style. Paired with a crisp white shirt and white trousers, clean, sharp, and letting the coat do ALL the talking.
And can we talk about the shoes? My JAVANNI SHOES Creepers Teddy Boy Lace Up Shoes stood their ground and completed the whole vibe. The perfect blend of tradition and edge.
The best part? The designer got SERIOUS orders that same day, and I love to see it! When we support local talent, we all win. šš¾
This is the unapologetic, intentional, and always rooted in culture.

Family isnāt just about who you work with, itās about who you grow with. š§”
Today, we Afolabi Ayodele Kevin Thisis Gbemisola Shehu Abubakar Mann Oluwadamilola⨠and Ganiyu Abdulahi gathered to celebrate and send off our amazing Accountant, Tobiloba Omodara Tobby Holameedae Omodara, as she relocates out of Ilorin. The Executive Management Committee shared heartfelt words, laughter. It was a beautiful reminder of the bonds we build at House 12.
As Tobiloba officially becomes a part of the House 12 Alumni group, we are reminded that once youāre part of this family, youāre always part of this family.
Hereās to new beginnings and lifelong connections. Weāll miss you, Tobilobaš«

This has been one of my best used strategies to lead teams.
Finding a healthy breakfast thatās also quick to make is a win. But finding one made with real indigenous ingredients? Thatās gold šÆā¤ļø
I tried the Mixed Grain Pap with Banana from D'ahrah Signature Foods, and honestly, itās delicious.
Nourishing, rich, and full of flavor. I paired it with some bean cakes, and it was the perfect morning meal.
If you want a taste of real African nutrition, you need to try this. Highly recommended

That moment when 40+ years of experience meets the leaders of the energy sector. š
Yesterday, at the prestigious Lagos Continental Hotel in Lagos, I facilitated a module at the NIPEX 2026 Management Retreat. I led the senior executives through sessions on building self to lead others (Leadership), building resilience (Wellbeing), and building results (Culture & Teams).
A huge thank you to Dr. Stella Nwoke for inviting me to share the stage with these incredible minds.
The energy in the room was electric. I didnāt just deliver slides, I delivered stories, the real-life stories from my journey that turn managers into leaders.
