Happy Teachers' Day!

Thank you for all the work that goes unnoticed and the many ways you make our vision attainable. 💙💙💙

D O I N G B A L L E T the correct way starts from vision. You cannot wing it for so long because the result start to speak for itself.

1. Before you choose your ballet class, take a minute to clarify your purpose for seeking to train and what you want your training to serve (in or outside of the ballet).

2. Find a class that aligns with that vision. Like Pilates studios, ballet classes are springing up in every state and corner of Nigeria now but you must find a teacher and class that will serve you long term.

I N today's world, nobody wants to be told how to be or how to show up without claims of damage to their mental health or accusing the teacher of being toxic. When in fact, what makes a good teacher, a ballet class or school is the expectation and communication of HOW THINGS ARE DONE.

Fragility can become such a mental crutch and disability and we must purge ourselves of this endless need to catastrophize or sensationalize simple and normal human interactions.
