If you’ve decided to set up a business this year you must put some time and effort into thinking about designing your business plan. Here are the 3 Cs of a good business plan.

1. CONCEPT - This includes identifying the product or service you’re offering, finding out what it will take to provide the product or service you will be offering your customers, creating your business structure (will you be working alone or you intend having a partner), identifying your partners (the people you will be doing business with) etc…

2. CUSTOMERS - Understanding your customer base is very important. You must find out where are your customers located, their behavior, what excites them and how they relate with your product or service. Understanding these will help you position rightly and stay innovative with your business.

3. CASH - You need to understand how your business will be funded. Where will your startup money come from? if your business needs additional cash infusions while it’s operating, where will it come from? How will you handle payroll for employees? and more…

Having a plan in place for your business puts you ahead of things… Don’t overlook planning, it is very very important. Take it from someone who has made the mistake of not planning 😩

I used to be sore afraid of using social for my brand’s visibility because I thought I wasn’t good enough and no one will consume my content. A special someone helped me conquer these fears and I’ll share some these tips with you.

1. Identify your social media goals - What are you trying to achieve using social media?

2. Do your research - The internet has a lot of information that can steer you in the right direction and guess what, it is free.

3. Identify what social media platform suits your goals - Instagram, Facebook, Tictok, Twitter… there are a number of them.

4. Follow people or brands that do the same thing as you, their work will inspire you.

5. Design your social media strategy - Topics, graphics, post timelines etc…

6. Be confident!

It takes discipline and consistency to achieve anything at all in life. If you want it so much you’ve got to put in the work.

Relax your mind and take a deep breath. Let’s start by counting our blessings. Look at how much you’ve achieved this year, and even if it is not so much you still got the breadth of life inside of you and that means you can still hit your goals. Many people died this year and didn’t make it this far, but here you are healthy and full of great ideas 😊

You will be fine so, this season, rest & calm yourself. Enjoy beautiful moments with your family and friends, create new memories this is the most important part.

You’ll know when the time is right to press the reset button. Take care of yourself.
